We at the Crown Brownstone (The CB for short) believe in creating a “home away from home” experience for all travelers both domestic and international. Whereas most hostels focus on highlighting the all-too-typical Manhattan tourist traps, we pride ourselves on being located in CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN, and the true heart of New York City.

Crown Brownstone consists of TWO buildings a short distance from each other. The buildings are called Crown Brownstone and Kingston Crown. You receive Free internet, kitchen facilities, common lounges, 5 blocks to the subway, and more! 4-person bunk beds starting at just $30 per night. We have One Private 4-person 2-bedroom suites for $140 per night. We have Four 2-room suites at $125 per night. Please note that each 2-room suite has it’s own living room and shares a kitchen and bathroom with one other 2-room suite. No more than two suites share a kitchen and bathroom. The 2-room suite can be combined into a full floor 4 room suite with it’s own kitchen and bathroom. Please request this option when making your booking.

Lefferts Manor Bed and Breakfast offers beautiful sun-drenched Victorian rooms in Historic Lefferts Manor townhouse on a quiet, tree-lined block near Prospect Park. A fifteen minute train ride to downtown Manhattan, 20 minutes to Midtown. Delicious breakfast served each morning.

The Bed and Breakfast is just minutes to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, The Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Public Library as well as the Q and B trains. It is also only fifteen minute train ride to downtown Manhattan & 20 minutes to Midtown.

Rooms are quaint, yet simple, with a mix of period style and ethnic furniture. Original turn-of-the century details throughout the home including oak parquet flooring, picture moldings, a grand center stair and banister. The front parlor is usable by all guests and where breakfast is served every morning.
